Jennifer Williams
Jennifer Williams is a self-care enthusiast, speaker, and a process and procedure driven individual. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Instructional design and technology from Walden University. She has a quality assurance and training and development career that spans the last 10 years.
Jennifer is from Memphis Tennessee and currently resides in Atlanta Georgia. She came to Atlanta to work as a quality consultant in the bio medical industry. She has volunteered with the non-profit organization Literacy Memphis to help link tutors and city residents who need help with improving their reading skills. Jennifer also volunteers with the non-profit Dress for Success Atlanta. The organization provides job training and professional attire for women in need within the Atlanta metro area.
Culture Shift Atlanta was started in 2022 by Jennifer to bridge gaps between self-care and career readiness. The idea is to help as many people as possible improve how they take ownership of their skill set, build confidence, and show up as the best version of themselves in interview spaces, networking opportunities, or for self. Culture Shift Atlanta operates on social media under the moniker Self-care With Jennn and encourages the idea of collaboration as a means of continuous self and community growth.
