Carmen is a mother, grandmother, business owner, entrepreneur, public speaker, and people lover. Her mission is to inspire and uplift folks globally.  She has developed a passion to speak and inspire through her own life experiences and overcoming obstacles.

Transforming CHAOS into CONQUEST.  After 20+ years as a Sales & Marketing professional, Carmen was laid off in 2008, followed by her divorce in 2010. With only $20 in her pocket, she knew she had to find a way to survive as a divorced mother of two and a home in foreclosure.

Over the course of the next 10+ years, Carmen turned that $20 into a successful business that is to today and hasn't looked back.

She has empowered and supported various organizations nationally, such as Curtis Blow Walkers, Genesis Entertainment, United Coalition for Humanity (UCFH), The Patti Collins Groovminte Girls Division of the Bootsy Collins Foundation, Variety Boys and Girls Club of East LA, Girls Scouts of Western Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh Steelers Rookie Class (NFL) 2022.

Her journey will resonate with anyone who has struggled in lacking self-worth and owning the gifts within themselves. Carmen transformed her personal story into a new platform called CCL Inspires to HEAL and EMPOWER the many who have faced similar challenges in life. Her platform focused on complete victory through self-love. The goal is to encourage everyone to invest first in themselves to gain the tools they need to live a life of abundance. Life's challenges build resilience and allow us to be a living testimony of positive transformation.
